You probably have a scale and a chrono. You need a press for a 12 gauge. A Mec 600 jr can do it, I have one. But I like my Mec Sizemaster much better. I set my Sizemaster to deprime and resize all my hulls. If they are 3" hulls, I continue the process on the 600 jr. You'll need Alliant steel powder. For hulls, you can't go wrong with Federal Gold Medals or Cheddites. As far a recipes go, I prefer Precision Reloading and RSI's manuals. The recipes published on Alliants website are also good.
